The sea views were fine and the room was nice, but the food lacked variety at dinner and service was a bit rushed. Chur for the bar staff though!

We had a very enjoyable short time in this good all round hotel in Benidorm. In general the staff were efficient and affable. The breakfast here was fine with clearing away tables and even black pudding, for example.

The fine sea views from the room were amazing.

The food variety for dinner was severely lacking, leaving us with few choices.

Great location nice hotel all round but we thought the food lets it down and could have more thought put into it and more varity and it is a shame because apart from that it ticked all of our boxes for a good hotel.

The friendly staff, and the nightly entertainment. Buffet breakfast was very good catering for all tastes.

The rooms were air-conditioned and adequate with ice as well as a beautiful view of Benidorm.

The hotel offers very nice views of the bay, and a prime location just 2 minutes from the beach. The indoor pool keeps the kids entertained on rainy days, and the breakfast selection is quite good.

The noise levels in the rooms can be overwhelming during windy nights, which could disturb sleep.

I was plesantly surprised by this hotel. The location and outlook are the best in Benidorm - at the end of the Levante beach and very convienient. Every room has views down the beach and the lights along the beach at night are fantastic. Each room has an enclosed balcony, so I woke up to the sounds of waves on the rocks below... very relaxing. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. The staff were great, very friendly. The location was the best bit.

It was definately a family hotel, and so there were kids running everywhere, and it was noisy. The rooms were noisy and you could hear the pipes in adjoining rooms. The facilities were old and although the hotel was clean, and well kept, it was definately old.

Oh mate, the breakfast spread had some proper choices, and I can't stop raving about the fine sea views from my room-just amazing! Plus, being just a short stroll from the beach was a total win with the kids. Perfect for family fun!

But blimey, the restaurant staff could be a bit embarrassingly rude at times! And let's not even get started on how I was given a room that was blooming downgraded without any notice. A bit of a shambles, innit?

food was seriously bad. Breakfast cold every morning. Restaurant manager was very rude. Had to put in a complaint at the desk. Wifi in lounge, but no plug sockets. On arrival at our room the toilet had been used and not flushed. Served with a bottle of wine that was of.

Benikaktus is in a great location with beautiful views over the beach from every room. Rooms were clean and bright. Food was good with a good choice at each meal.
